Prior to founding Alira Capital, Dev held leadership roles in global IT consulting, where he specialized in architecting enterprise-scale technology solutions for multinational clients. His expertise spans cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and data analytics, with a consistent focus on aligning technology strategy to measurable business outcomes.

Throughout her career, Sirali has led high-performing global teams and built transformative partnerships for some of the world’s leading technology companies. She is a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, known for her ability to connect complex technology ecosystems with real-world business objectives and long-term growth strategies.

Sirali holds a dual degree in Biochemistry and Nutritional Science, with a minor in Applied Mathematics—bringing a multidisciplinary, analytical approach to solving business challenges. Her strength lies in bridging strategic vision with technical execution to drive measurable impact.
