As Managing Partner at Alira Capital, Dev brings a strategic, client-first approach to advising high-growth businesses, family offices, and entrepreneurs on capital deployment, operational scaling, and long-term value creation.

Prior to founding Alira Capital, Dev held leadership roles in global IT consulting, where he specialized in architecting enterprise-scale technology solutions for multinational clients. His expertise spans cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and data analytics, with a consistent focus on aligning technology strategy to measurable business outcomes.

Dev’s investment philosophy is rooted in disciplined analysis, operational rigor, and relationship-driven partnerships. He leverages a unique blend of technical acumen and commercial insight to evaluate opportunities across private markets, including early-stage ventures, growth equity, and strategic advisory engagements.

Dev holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Clemson University and an MBA from Northeastern University in International Business and Finance. He also serves on the Industry Advisory Board for the Clemson University School of Computing, where he contributes to advancing the intersection of academia, industry, and emerging technologies.
